Fund Strategy

Each loan is underwritten for collateral strength, enforceable contracts, borrower capacity, and defined exit paths before capital is deployed.

How the Fund Works

  • Non-dilutive approach – New capital is deployed into producing assets, not overhead.

  • Redemption requests require 15 days’ notice before the end of the calendar quarter, subject to availability.

  • Short-term, asset-backed loans in three verticals:

  • Construction receivables – invoice factoring for licensed contractors

  • State-issued film tax credits – loans collateralized by assignable rebates

  • Commercial real estate bridge loans – short-term financing secured by property
